Live in 48 hours. Here's exactly how.
We handle the heavy lifting. You provide the information, we do the rest.
Book your setup call
After signing up, book a 30-minute onboarding call with us. This is where we learn everything about your clinic so Denty can represent you perfectly.
Share your clinic information
During the call, we'll collect everything Denty needs to answer your patients correctly:
- Your services and procedures offered
- Insurance panels you accept (Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, etc.)
- Opening hours and emergency contact
- Pricing ranges (optional but recommended)
- Your booking link or calendar
- Your tone — formal, friendly, or somewhere in between
We train Denty on your clinic
Using everything you shared, we configure Denty's AI to know your practice inside out. This takes us about 24 hours.
Denty will know your services, your insurance panel, your hours, and how to book appointments — all in your clinic's tone and voice.
We send you the embed code
Once Denty is trained and tested, we send you a single line of code to add to your website. It looks like this:
Paste it anywhere in your website's HTML — before the closing </body> tag — and Denty appears in the corner of your site.
Add the code to your website
Where to add it depends on your website platform:
- WordPress: Appearance → Theme Editor → footer.php, before </body>
- Wix: Settings → Custom Code → Add to </body>
- Squarespace: Settings → Advanced → Code Injection → Footer
- Webflow: Project Settings → Custom Code → Footer Code
- Any HTML site: Paste before </body> in your HTML file
Not comfortable with code? No problem — forward the code to your web developer or reply to our email and we'll walk you through it live.
We verify the setup together
Once you've added the code, send us your website URL and we'll verify everything is working correctly — Denty is appearing, responding accurately, and booking into your calendar.
