Terms of Service

1. The service

DentyBot provides an AI-powered chat widget ("Denty") that dental clinics embed on their websites to handle patient inquiries, book appointments, and qualify leads. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be a licensed dental practice or a representative authorised to act on behalf of one. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the practice to this agreement.

3. Subscription and payment

• The service costs $297 per month, billed monthly in advance.
• The first month is complimentary — no charge for 30 days from activation.
• Payments are processed through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges.
• All fees are non-refundable except as described in our 90-day guarantee (Section 8).

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@dentybot.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate clinic information to train Denty correctly.
• You must not use DentyBot to provide medical diagnoses or replace professional clinical judgement.
• You are responsible for ensuring patients are informed that they are interacting with an AI assistant.
• You must comply with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual property

DentyBot retains all rights to the Denty software, brand, and technology. You retain all rights to your clinic data and patient information. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of liability

DentyBot is not liable for any missed appointments, patient dissatisfaction, or clinical outcomes arising from the use or misuse of the Denty chat widget. The service is an administrative tool only. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in that period.

8. The 90-day guarantee

If Denty does not book at least 10 new patients within your first 90 days of active use, we will refund your subscription fees in full. To claim: email hello@dentybot.com with your clinic name. We will verify and process the refund within 5 business days.

9. Service availability

We target 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or events beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We will provide notice where possible.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland
